Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $30.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner

I am Matthew Schoener a Washington state native but have lived here in Idaho for the past 14 years and love everything that this gorgeous state has to offer. I am a husband to my beautiful wife Nichole and father of two crazy little boys, Benson (7) and Everett (2.5) living in the South Meridian area. I love to spend my spare time on the golf course, exploring one of Idaho's beautiful mountain ranges, or enjoying a craft beer from one of our amazing local restaurants.
